laptop/itunes help

Recommended Posts

Ok so I will start off by saying I have an HP dv5 laptop, I have used it for a few years and started having an issue where the caps and num lock keys would flash and the screen would be black. It used to just take a couple restarts to turn back on and work fine. But now I just keep getting black screens and the flashing lights, flash pattern is 2 so that supposedly means BIOS corruption failure, and no solutions I have found online get it to boot back up.

I took it to a computer repair shop and they said I need a new motherboard but couldn't tell me what exactly was wrong since they couldn't open it up without charging me.

I have a new laptop and really all I need is my iTunes, so does anyone know a way to actually get my iTunes from a computer that won't boot up to a new one?
