When it's already applied on the glass, you heat the glass(on the outside of the car), not the film itself, & squeegee until it lays down...also, try not to overheat it.. Before applying to the glass you should cut film to glass size, & lay it on the glass, squeegee all "wrinkles"/"fingers" to the top & bottom edges of the film ONLY, grab the heatgun & as soon as it starts zig-zagging, lay it down with your hand while wearing a glove or with a hard card. I did wrinkle a corner of it while being pissed off but the tint is so dark it isnt visible at least not at night, but when i get more money i will redo it.
