AUDIOADDICT02 Posted October 19, 2011 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 I have a heat gun. Trying it as we speak.. Does it need to be heated up for awhile cuz its acting the same... When it's already applied on the glass, you heat the glass(on the outside of the car), not the film itself, & squeegee until it lays down...also, try not to overheat it.. Before applying to the glass you should cut film to glass size, & lay it on the glass, squeegee all "wrinkles"/"fingers" to the top & bottom edges of the film ONLY, grab the heatgun & as soon as it starts zig-zagging, lay it down with your hand while wearing a glove or with a hard card. I did wrinkle a corner of it while being pissed off but the tint is so dark it isnt visible at least not at night, but when i get more money i will redo it.
