LoudBimmer Posted October 20, 2011 Author Report Posted October 20, 2011 why is that? Because the Alpha Damp would be putting a HELL of a lot of strain on the already installed P&S. This would more than likely cause the P&S to completely fail and fall off because of the added weight. We've said this time and time again, we can't guarantee the adhesion or performance of our product if you install it over anything other than the sheet metal of the vehicle. We're not going to be blamed for the failure of someone else's product. And performance wise, technically the Alpha Damp would be damping the P&S and not the sheet metal. BTW, good luck with the install Kirill and welcome to the team. Thanks Jon. Got a lot of work to do. Quote
