What do you all mean by more port area, how can i increase it and still keep my tuned setting. also, what is the rule of thumb for this? But 6cuft us big for some round subs, but not for square. But 6cuft us big for some round subs, but not for square. Hmmm, I was unaware the specs were that large. To increase port area you need to increase the size of the port opening. But that also affects everything else. So really its alot of plugging in numbers until you get something that you can work with.
