4th Order Advice

I was lookin into building a box for my newly aquired HCCA 15d, the old one from like 1999. Since it's so old and the spiders and surround are really really loose I wanted to throw it in a 4th order to keep it from becomming damaged since it's sealed on one end. Dont hate on me, I could be wrong about that it makes some logical sense.

Anyways, looking up the specs on the thing and found that pretty much everyone says 5.5 cubes net ported is the best for this thing. So would it make sense to put it 5 cubes ported 2.5 cubes sealed? 2.5 seems rather large on the sealed end compared to the various pictures I'v seen of other builds. I heard 2:1 was good ratio for flat and low bass from another post incase you ask.

My first shot in the dark at this box is looking like

5 cubes net ported 43 hz - 2.5 sealed

9 x 9 x 16.5 port

This is a learning experience for me so keep the hatin' to a minimum. I just an hungry for knowledge and want to move up in the world of audio. Lets try to keep this post as educational as possible because I'm sure there are lots of other people out there wanting to learn a thing or two as well

Playing with numbers in WinSD and there must be something off with my TS parameters I punched in.... I have no clue why but 9x9 inches port says it needs to be 900+ inches long......chamber specs are 5 ft3 43hz.... thats definately not right and I'm not sure what I did to make it freak out. Just thought I would throw that out there, maybe my numbers I came up with are way more off than expected.
