new guy Posted October 31, 2011 Report Posted October 31, 2011 so right now my volt meter says my bettery is at 8.9. i tried hooking up this car jumper i have when i do it goes up to around 11.8 but it still wont start and as soon as i take the jumper off it goes back down to 8.9 no matter what. its probably been sitting at 8.9 for about 4 or 5 days now. is my battery bad? or what? *current* 1991 honda crx si 2 skar audio 12s pioneer 6.5s dual 400 watt amp audio technix db 1/0 wiring kit. dual head unit
Mario928 Posted October 31, 2011 Report Posted October 31, 2011 take it to autozone. They charge the battery and they do a test on the battery. Buy a xs battery and your good to go. ineeDBass419 Posted October 31, 2011 Report Posted October 31, 2011 I had a battery that was sittin in my closet for about a year.sat at about 5v lol.I brought it to work and threw it on our jumper and its been sittin at 12.7v for about 2 months now.I charged it for like 5 hours one night and about 4 the next night.not sayin it will work for you but its worth a try xbox 360 gamertag-greenrocks420 Not insulting you or anything, but did you just call us "bloody winging fairies" ?
