Download audacity.you can highlite a part of the song to find out what hz it is.not 100% sure on what exactly you do in the settings but there's a thread somewhere on here that explains how to do it.hope this helps

I don't think so,just certain parts.but I'm not 100% sure.there might be other programs that you can use to check the whole song.maybe bigpimpin or decaf will chime in.I would think if anyone would know it would be them

you should only analyze one bass note at a time to be most accurate

(program only allows you to pick 23seconds or less anyways)

get audacity (dont forget lame encoder so u can make mp3s)

import song

highlight no more than 1/2sec of the bass note in question, try to start at the beginning of the note as its usually loudest right there

go to analyze

plot spectrum

change axis to log

change size to 16384

scroll cursor over purple graph until cursor and peak match. 0db is the loudest music can be cleanly, most bass notes are -10db to -5db for reference
