4 channel or 5 channel

I am looking for a 4 or 5 channel amp to power four (4ohm) 6.5" at 70wrms and one (4ohm) sub at 300wrms. I have $200. Needed shipped to canada.

dont buy a 5 channel save your money and get a 4 channel and a 2 channel thinkabout this if you get a 5 channel and you sub amp blows then you wont have any music at all

Not true. I could always run the speakers off the head unite. I'm just trying to get something quick, because the amp I am using now for my sub is a broken 4 channel, that does only 150wrms bridged.

Rockford Fosgate p212s4, iirc. It's a sing 4ohm voice coil rated for 300wrms.
