RF T1000.4 ADCP keeps frying my speakers

in the front channels JBL power series 6x9 3 way 110 rms and infiniti kappa 3 1/2 2 way 35 rms and rear channels kenwood excelon 6 1/2 2 way 100 rms and 2 pairs of kicker ks25 tweeters 150 rms each but oly the 2 ways speakers tweeters and ks25 tweeters get fry not the mid range my jbl & infiniti 2 ohms and the rest 4 ohms

wait, wait, wait... so you have 10 speakers hooked up to one 4 channel amp? i think there is a lot you are doing wrong here man. we will need to straighten you out.

CLEARLY explain how you have it all wired. it sounds to me like you have an active crossover that really isnt doing anything the amp cant do. two different 2ohm speakers on each front channel giving you 1ohm. then three different 4ohm speakers on each rear channel giving you 1.3ohm. if that is correct you are seriously over driving your speakers and your amp.

i called audiocontrol they told me at what # wore my PEQs in so i told them FRONT & REAR PEQs 1 and 2 freq = 11.2 width 3 oct lvl 11db so they said DUH ! thats the reason why you keep frying my tweeters and specially feeding them more than double the power LOL they told me not to use the PEQs lol wore they right ?

ok so problem solved? take out 6 speakers or buy more amps. i suggest you sell all those speakers and get one or two good sets of components. with your amp and crossover you should be able to get a good sound and a respectfully loud volume with a simple component set.

i have a jl audio zr component but its a 2001 model brand new in the box and plus im not a big fan of components lol

why arent you a fan of components? you dont like having better sound quality?

not to be a dick, but why did you even buy such a large amp if you dont even know how to wire speakers to get a desired ohm load?

and who taught you how to set up an active crossover? i seriously hope you didnt just turn knobs.

Comps blow anything else out of the water, so why are you limiting yourself to coax's.

As was said sell off everything speaker wise and start over with some good comps and you'll be well rewarded.
