Today i check my shipping and the item says Exception, saying it's withheld from origin. Does this mean the owner put a hold, or is there problem with the package? Second Skin Rep Jon Posted November 12, 2011 Report Share Posted November 12, 2011 I've actually had this issue once and it was with UPS. The issue for me was the shipper didn't fill out the label correctly and UPS was waiting for more/correct information to be provided by the shipper. Basically what happened was that UPS accepted and began transit of the package but didn't have enough info to actually deliver it. For me, the shipper transposed two numbers in the zip code, delayed the package a day. Hope it's as simple as that. Have a question about Second Skin? E-Mail me!
