Looks ok.

If you want to try a tapped horn you could wall off where the port exits, drop the subs down into the center panel of the box (directly down to where it says "2 1/2" in your drawing) and where the subs are now have as the port exit :)

Whats your internal port measurement, 5"x20" or so?

Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through.

yes the internal port is 5" x 20" im supposed to have around 100sq of port and what do u mean ? :o

FYI, you don't need 45's in the begining of the port under where the subs will be.

will it help it at all? and hey bro im pretty sure my calculations are right except for when it goes down to the bottom part does that count as inches of the port the port for this needs to be 94.2 inches

measurement starts at the center of the bottom of the magnet structure, but honestly and inch or two either way isnt a huge deal
