howelr Posted November 14, 2011 Report Posted November 14, 2011 Audacity has a "clip fix" effect so i tried it on this song, could someone that has some audio experience go through and check this for me? http://www.mediafire.com/?km5e6i4caim7yxy Quote
omegagamer2 Posted November 14, 2011 Report Posted November 14, 2011 I doubted this would work, but using WMP oscilloscope it seems like no clipping O_o?. Maaaybe get someone else to confirm as well lol, I'm not so sure on this one.... Quote
Azagtoth502 Posted November 14, 2011 Report Posted November 14, 2011 That clip fix feature doesn't really work. It just lowers the levels. You need a version not clipped to start with. Baydestrian Posted November 14, 2011 Report Posted November 14, 2011 (edited) LOL wrote a whole thing before I realized it was Swing My Door, fix clipping only quiets down the clipping, you can still hear the distortion. Face it, Swing My Door will never be clean. Stop worrying about clipping unless it sounds like this, or super flat bass lines like in Big KRIT's music. Amp set right and headunit volume never goes about the level it clips/distorts are you will be fine with most music Edited November 14, 2011 by wonderbreadSTS Quote 2015 Mazda 6 JVF Customz 4.0 Proto 15>Wolfram W4500 @ .5ohm 2 Sundown Neo 6.5 + 2 CT Meso Tweeters (Front) x Kicker KS6.5 (Rear)>JL Audio VX400/4i NSB-AMG35 (front) / 40ah Lithium Headway (Rear) built by Erni Audio & Electrical
