michigancapri92 Posted November 19, 2011 Report Share Posted November 19, 2011 ok so i have stock 5.25 holes in my doors for speakers and i have 6.5 inch speakers ... here is the problem i have ... i can only make a max 1" speaker ring before it protrudes out past door panel and the hole is sunken in the metal shown in picture and a 5.25 speaker ring will only go on speaker this far and a 6.5 speaker ring wont fit on the metal of the door and the indent of the door area is 1/2" i cant just make a 1/2" 5.25 speaker ring and a 6.5" speaker ring cuz the speaker wont go all the way through the speaker ring ... im trying to figure out a good way of doing this and your guy's help would be WONDERFUL !!!
