in the kick at 68 hz. in a crx. on a burp at what point would you like this voided. some of you who post have not a clue I swear.

step 1 - buy a CRX

step 2 - put alot of power

step 3 - get two 12s

step 4 - build a perfect box to burp

step 5 - burp that thing and hit a 55 lol

jk but yeah to get that 150 tuned low is pretty dificult. the higer the db u wanna go the more expencive and harder it gets.

What is a TL? And as far as power, I have a 150 amp alt, all 1/0 wires (big 3) a kinetik 1200 under the hood (main batt) and a 2400 in the trunk for the sub. I am running a aq2200d (2200 watts rms) on a fully loaded FI BTL N2. That with a good box should be good enough right? Besides getting a new alt? Also I need a good box diagram and I can build it, just dont know exact dimensions and where port should be.

considering you want to do it from the trunk even you wont be close to a 50.

not close as in not even in the 140's? and what about the power I have? Good enough?

Get yourself a TL, that should help you A LOT, i use to be a "good" builder before buying my TL around a year and a half ago, i´m 3 times louder now, it´s actually easy for me to get loud now since i used my head and bought the TL and a 2gen ford explorer :)

TL is termlab its a pressure sensor.

you'll be in the 40s but probably a 43. Still oud for a daily driver but worlds away from a 150.

You just don't have enough power or cone area to play around 150db on music man. You would have an easier time if you happened to own an SUV. I'm not familiar with the Cadillac but from what I've seen with Cadillacs, your back seats may not fold down? Or you have a flip down arm rest?

Honestly, with that sub on that power, if your seats don't flip down, you could just try subwoofer facing the rear and port it up through your rear deck and attempt to seal it off into the cabin. No matter what you do, if you managed to sit around a 140-143db at or below 40hz in that car, you should be happy.

I'm doing around 140's(music) with 2 Sundown SA-10's, saz2500 and xs D3100. Back seats do not fold down, subs and port facing back.

If i'll play around with box design I could break 145+ on high 20's to low 30's.

what would you like to bet on that?
