Man.. Can't wait to see it.

I'm about my mini in a jeep Cherokee ill be buying in 2 weeks. Can't waaaait, I've got the fifield fabrications kit, and I have the soundman bezel as well. Not sure what direction I'm gonna go with it..

thats crazy the fifield fabrications kit looks exactly like MobileSolutions. And Doug at soundman does a great job with those bezels, they are perfect!

Mobile solutions got a little butthurt at him lol I got him to custom make me a iPhone 4 flush kit. I'm gonna be putting that in as well, I love the sounds man bezel though.. Did you do your own pan? Or did you getta soundman pan?

tried my own, came out decent but wasnt as perfect as I wanted. I know how to do it just dont have the tools, such as vacuum bag or 3d printer.

Anyways called doug at sound man and he used a 3d printer so his pans are honestly PERFECT, so I ended up buying one from him, gave me a great deal tho

I wish I had one:/ they do look freakin perfect though.. What're you using for (suede) glue on the pan? And how did you attach the pan to the bezel? Ca glue?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm pretty experienced with fiberglass, just not doing dashes. Only did one before and didn't turn out amazing like I wanted it too. Looked decent, I sold it for $400 so I guess it was worth it lol

Using dap weldwood top high heat adhesive its in a blue can.

Bondo and CA to hold it in place. Where the bondo cracked I drilled it down and CA'd the crack then sanded it off.

$400 is defnitely worth it. I'd do an ipad indash for around 5-1k depending on how much work.

The next hard part is installng the HU. I figured I could put it in the glove box...eh thats too normal. Hmm maybe in the center console..ehh then id have to have it open to adjust anything.

How about right under the iPad/HVAC. Perfect, well now comes the hard part. Cutting everything out, jeez thats alot of plastic and DAMN thats a tight fit, atleast it fit tho!
