There are a few tiny bubbles and mistakes but I don't think it will be noticeable when you're staring at the motor of the Z's. That kerf should add a nice horn effect though. I'd wonder if that 45 is choking your port area and would affect your tuning...? That kerf should add a nice horn effect though. Only reason I did the 45 was to keep the port 4.5 inches in every area. From the brace to the center of the turn it is 4.5 inches instead of the 6 inches it would have been. I just did the 45 bc it is much more even. Here's the update, it's the finish line and I'm almost done.
