Just wanted to share a DIY On how I make my flush mount templates to fiberglass onto, I'll be fiberglassing these amplifiers into my trunk

So first off I cut out a square with a table saw then roughly cut out the inside, the closer you get to the actual cut the cleaner the router will cut away the excess.

So I already cut one side before I decided to take pictures but I didn't have long enough straight edges so I had to do it again anyways. As you can see, with a flush router you will get a rounded edge at a 90 degree that is tight, this is fine with me bc I will smooth out the edges with a different router bit

I Screwed on the straight edges, (MDF Scrap wood) Make sure its flushly srewed down, and line it up. Then get to routing!

You should have a pretty clean cut out by now and I decided to route the inside and outside to make it a cleaner.
