FI & AQ Focus: BTL 18's Walled.

Bought a basket and a motor this week. The guy had a blown BTL, the same style as mine, just a 12". He already had it torn down. Paid $150.00 for the basket and motor.

Unfortunately, the seller couldn't find the bolts to connect the basket to the motor, so I had to buy new ones. The set on the left, with the exception of one I stripped, are the old ones from my sub, and the ones on the right are the new ones I bought today for the woofer coming in the mail. If you notice, on the right the bolt in the front is slightly shorter. We have one hardware store w/in 45 miles, and they were one short of the bolt I needed, so I had to settle. and yes, it does fit in far enough to hold.

Just got a txt from the seller. The second motor and basket is packaged and waiting for FED EX.

Okay...so until today all my RCA's, gain control, and remote wires have been run under the center console. There was about a 4in section that the wires were exposed before they went under the floor. Today, I fixed that.

First off was taking out the seats and the center console...

This is where the wires were run...so messy and uncoordinated...

I simply pulled the carpet back and run the wires under all of it...

Now to mount my Gain Control Knobs for both amps.

Oh snap i just realized by looking at the pic of your tracking. you live in SC. Me too! I live in Summerville but i go to school in Spartanburg. Like 2-3 hours away. haha Not too many South Carolinians on here. Keep up the good work. gonna be a beast wall.
