Router, 1/8 router bit Panel Saw (Too much...will be getting a 100" saw guide) Circular Saw w precision saw blade Drill Jigsaw Sander w/ high grade sand paper Caulk *window/door* MDF screws *or* Drywall fine thread screws 3/4"-1" MDF board Carpet...adhesive spray. Staple Gun w 1 3/4" nails Wood Glue...gorilla glue. Ruler, tape measurer, Red line. 36" Clamps, Right angle clamp Please recommend anything else or something that may help out better. Loslam Posted December 13, 2011 Report Posted December 13, 2011 I'd get a few cheap disposable respirator masks too, only a few bucks. MDF is pretty nasty on your throat when you're breathing all the dust and you'll get it all up in your nostrils and have MDF boogers for a while lol. Also everyone has their preferences but I like Titebond for wood glue. And all I need to build a box are a circular saw, a jig saw, a drill, and my hands.
