Either your wired too low or its getting to hot or something similar. deeje Posted December 21, 2011 Report Posted December 21, 2011 holy shit into your taillight bolt? really? you didnt think that was the issue yourself? get it to the frame of your vehicle and 8 gauge wire isn't think enough for 1600 watts either you need 0 gauge really. But that amp also dosen't do rated. So go pick you up some awg 4 gauge and put a good ground on it.
