JWBryant
I have two Memphis street edge subwoofers in a ported box and an Infinity reference series amplifier and it say it puts out 350 or so wrms but the subs look like theyre only going at about half their potential. I was wondering about if I ever wanted to upgrade if I could just get a slightly larger amp or would I be overpowering the subs, which say they are to take 100 wrms each. Basically can i buy a larger amplifier or do I also need to buy subwoofers that can handle more power? Basshead-in-Training
miniSPLlancer
You'd be better off upgrading your subs 2011 Mitsubishi OutlanderSony 712 Soundqubed HDS208 Alpine MRV-M500 Transmission line enclosure Soundqubed wiring Knu rca XS Power battery CNF terminals
photochrisb931
x2. There are reasons memphis did not keep the street edge in their line up for very long. A better sub or set will improve your satisfaction then you will probably want to upgrade the amp next to get more power. It is a vicious cycle.
