Not sure whether it should be considered a buss bar or distribution bar? When I hear "buss bar" I think batteries so this is pretty much a home made distribution block with Aluminium. I used a stick of Aluminum from Lowes 1" wide by .25" thick as well as a handful of Allen bolts and a spacer to allow the bolts to pass through the bar without hitting the box if needed. Cut them to 8" long Drilled and tapped with a 3/8th and 1/4th threw them in the trunk and plugged up wires! Although I was told they werent thick enough, even though they are only connected to 2 HC1400's... I think they are thick enough, and will work just fine! Guess we will see!
