I have a brutus 2000 watt hifonics amp (25th anniversary edition). I'm not sure if wiring the l7 at 1 ohm is too much? Because wired at 1 ohm it says is 2000 watts rms which is way too much. But wired at 4 ohm is only 650 watts rms which would be under powering it. What should I do?

I would sell it locally then buy two 4 ohm dvc used and build a box and they will bang. If your set on 1 then build a cool 4 cubic box tune to 34hz. If you decide to get another 2 ohm sub then it will be tough to find an amp that does a lot of power at 2 ohms but i would get the audiopipe 3000d it does 3000 true rms at 2 ohms.
