Need Better Subs Than Type R 12's

I have 2 now dual 4ohm in a ported box with a soundstream TRA 1400.2 got it bridged at 4 ohms the amp puts out 1400 rms my subs sound good and are kinda loud but I want something with some harder hitting bass I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction on which subs to go with that would work well with the amp? also can the type r's really handle their rms well? thanks for any help guys.

well I was thinking 3 10's or 3 new 12's or some 15's I like the alpines they sound good in my car but everyone sometime sooner or later wants to be louder. I want harder hitting bass and louder I was thinking around a $700 budget

Try some Fi Q 12s they are well within your budget and will be quite a bit louder then your type R's
