to much port area?

ok well i had 1 aq 2200 on 1 HDC3 15 in a 6.5 cube box tuned to 32 hz. well i added another 2200 and another hdc3 15. i put them in a 12 cube box after displacement tuned to 32hz with 192 sq inches of port. i used torros box calc for both boxes. but the new box just does not hammer the lows like the single sub did. so i thought maybe the braceing was taking up to much space so i took it all out and it still doesent hit the lows what is going on? its in a 02 focus hatchback. the box specs are single layer mdf all around. 35 wide, 43 deep, 18 tall. ports are 8x8x3

I think you are way off. If those ports are actually 8x8 and 3" deep, you are tuned closer to 65 Hz.

3 ports 8x8 with a net of 12 cuft - each port would need to be ~32" long for 32 Hz tuning.

the .54 braceing displacement is the displacement for the 2 ports on the sides using 2 common walls

You have 3 8x8 ports though correct? So change the port width to 24" And with everything else the same it says 49.5hz

thats about where it sounds like im at cuz i can hit higher note of songs like "on my level and pass the dutchie" but the lows just fall off

i know that. thats what the .54 in the bracing area is. the displacement of the other 2 ports
