hell yes it sucks i hope you guys never go threw this problem cause it is a big headache if it was the cheaper version of audiocontrol i would just bend it back to place but since its audiocontrol top of the line hell no plus its a $400 plus dollars device not $100 dollars

If it was somethin like a sub or amp id fight but with the audicontrol id just bend it back into place it isnt worth the hassle to fight it IMO

retail price $599 and i got it for $420 so $420 dollars is not worth the hassle to you ? then your maybe rich

i did i put it in a bigger box and with alot of foam stuff inside and packed it good but audiocontrol were the ones that put it inside a weak ass box that was ripening on the way here and since it got send to the wrong address several times maybe that explains the damage

It's mind-boggling that AudioControl would have packed a $500 unit in an empty cardboard box with no protective wrapping. UPS will tell AudioControl to eat a D because it wasn't packed properly, your only hope is that AudioControl will man up and replace the unit (otherwise we will start a campaign against them here...)

lol im in i couldn't find my receipt but some guy erik from audiocontrol told me just to send it in for service which that was cool from him but i got it back fix but also damage from the corner if he was nice enough to tell me send it without a receipt i hope he's nice enough to tell me send it to replace it for you lets see what happens on monday

IMO shitty packaging. UPS does suck with stuff like this but the packaging is just cardboard. I see no bubble wrap or foam or anything in there to help prevent stuff like this. i'd go through the manufacturer before I went to UPS.

i reported the damage to UPS and i send two emails to audiocontrol lets see who responds first

UPS called me today they asked questions in how was it packed and where were the damages they said they going to call audiocontrol and try to get this resolved i do hope i get a new one and keep the damaged one lol

I made them pay for my sub to be replaced and I kept the damaged sub. They say they have to get it if this happened. But by law its not there's and you can keep it and get a new one. Don't let them bluff you on this. You paid for it and don't give it back! Demand a new one or the cost. Stay firm with them and they will honor it. They will try and make you give up.
