That router work is very nice. Thanks a lot fellas Really great work here, I'm only on the 2nd page atm and have to get back to studying for my exams...noticed you did some work to a Cavalier door pods and kicks. Any chance you have more photos/tips on that? I've never done any sort of fiberglassing or anything of that sort and want to eventually do my doors to keep up with the subs I really don't recommend you do exactly what I did on those pods. They worked out, but I've got faster methods now. Check out my shop truck thread. It's still not done, but you can see some concepts - mainly, make a really solid baffle and only have the grill on the trim. What's important on a door pod is that the speakers is mounted as solid as possible. Anytime you see someone put a speaker in the trim they are going to have a nasty sounding system.....
