Box Help

Hello,

I am building a new box for my Fi BL 15 and would like for someone to point me in the right direction as far as box demensions

The reason I ask is because its going in a new car ('08 Chevy)

Here are the dimensions of my "new trunk"

43 inches across

40 inches deep

16 tall

any help would be appreciated thanks!

Something like this:

4 cubic feet after displacement of driver and port.

32 Hz tuning

If you are looking to have this built I usually charge 150+ actual shipping for bare mdf enclosure.

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 32 Hz

Vb = 4 ft^3

Subwoofer Mounting = Flush Mounted

External Height = 16 in

External Width = 41,68 in

External Depth = 18 in

Port Width = 4 in

Cut List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

Front = 36 15/16 x 14 1/2

Front Internal = 36 3/16 x 14 1/2

Back = 41 11/16 x 14 1/2

Left & Right Sides:

Side 1 = 16 1/2 x 14 1/2

Side 2 = 15 3/4 x 14 1/2

Top & Bottom = 41 11/16 x 18

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 12 1/2 x 14 1/2

Extension = 11 7/8 x 14 1/2
