Watch the bass
Buy used item´s from good brands, better sound than spending your hard earned money for something crappy only to hold the budget. Thought it was in november @ E-bay, there i saw a RF 1000 25 aniversery, a 5 channel amp with near 1 k for subs and 4 channels with enough power for mids and high´s, the amp had a vew cosmetic blemish´s but goes for only 260, normaly them 400 and up. In the last weeks i saw DC 18 lvl 4 in the want to sale for 210 + shipping. There alot of good offers in the want to sale. Or if it have to be new, shoot a mail to Audiosavings and tell Ram your plan and ask for a offer in your budget. Venomized
Do a plate speaker in the dash openings, its a component system basically. Back when I first got into audi I used PVC pipe to make pods for speakers to mount on my door panels. They work but id reccomend stretching vinyl or something to give it a better look. Venomized
Heres an example of plate speakers in 4x6 sizes: As for the PVC pipe pods you just cut it to your desired depth and add a little to be able to shave it for the angle you need to position it and then mount it using some type of bracketry or sealant Like this: Edited January 18, 2012 by Venomized
