i purchased a pair of jl subs from this guy 1jltoy on oct 15th. $99.00

i dont think he tried to scam me, but somehow there was a mixup at fedex when he sent the package to me. tracking number shows it was delivered only to houston tx but doesent show an address, and calling fedex to conferm what address it was shipped to shows it was not sent to my address.

i called fedex they said "he wrote the address down wrong" and he is telling me no "they typed the address wrong" in the computers.

fedex tells me "we dont know were the package is at this time". to call them back in 2 day's, after 2 days they tell me the same thing dont call us we will call you....at this point i dont want them anymore.

i understand the problem happend when he shipped them, he did not conferm the address. 1jltoy or fedex made the mistake, its a problem between him and fedex.

all i want is my $99.00 back, they can argue who did what wrong..

1. i payed him,

2. he did not conferm the shipping address, package is lost.

3. he still has my cash, till fedex gives him a refund?

its been over a month now.....question is,

why am i waiting on a mistake he made, by not conferming?

i know this is a old topic but i work for fedex and when he goes to ship something fedex they have in my experince in shipping things have always asked you the address to verify it, or at least the drop off location i go to always does. I would take it to work but some secruity thing keeps me from doing that. But if it was sent to the wrong address it was cuz he wrote the wrong one down.

i got ripped off, paypal sided with him becuse it shows an item was shipped.

but paypal refused to even call fedex to see that it was not shipped to my house.

i even sent them a pic of the driver a week later tring to find it.

he shipped it accross the street, to some very shady folks.

6 mos. later i still dont the have subs i payed for or my money back.
