LT.Smoke
It is 3.33 net cu. ft. and 3.98 total cu. ft. If you go on the Audio enhancers website its the TX 400 series box the dimensions are good on it. I just need the height of the box a lil shorter i need it to be 17" or less as far as being able to fit it in my car properly. Decaf
ok so that helps alot going to that website.... so if you got the skills... make your own box http://www.subwoofertools.com/forum/ported...mp;Fs=&CE=0 this should sound much better and you probably will gain db's since its not prefab. the fact its tuned lower is for better response and more port surface area to accomodate higher notes/spl modify that program at the bottom to whatever specs you need to change dont bother with the xmax its never correct does this help? NotoriouslyLoud
things that help with spl.... build tune build tune build tune build tune then tune again, more power the better. If you have not, do the big three. More runs of power wire the better, helps with resistance. Try higher tuning as stated above. Find the fresh air vents in your car and seal them up. Sound deadener does not always help with yielding a higher spl in some cases it can hurt your spl. The most important thing is to find out what your car likes, and then start adding little things here and there. Get yourself a TL or find someone that has one, cause you will need it to find out exactly what kind of gains you are seeing.
