theChief
What are the dimensions on that box? I have an XJ and I figured I would have trouble finding space for 2 15s... my dimensions are 22 high by 39 wide (you can fit 41 comfortably but i wanted room to get to the tire without moving the box) by 31 deep (i have to move the seat brackets up. 28 or 29 is the max with the seat latched where it is)
theChief
So today me and a my friend alex got some stuff done at his shop. Thank god for that considering the snowstorm today. I got the amp platform (prototype) in as well as the speakers (inverted) running at 2 Ohms on one amp. Just needed a little bass until i get a chance to get everything in. Tomorrow i will get some well lit pictures and then will be front mounting them.

theChief
Got a few pictures of it in the light, and a video later. Today's work: finish the amp platform, secure it to the frame, and make it look good. 1 down 2 to go... I,ve got a panel that goes across the opening of the amp platform with 6 80mm fans to keep some air on the amps.
theChief
Alright so today i made the sides of the platform clean and secured the box down (temp method). Gonna have to get a video up tomorrow. This box turned out so much better than expected. might not look to nice yet, but im letting my cousin shayne (aspiring artist) paint a collage of whatever comes to his head across the whole thing. heres some of his work:
theChief
Heres a few pics (bad quality and dark out) of what i got done. once the amps go in for real, the fan plate will be strapped on the back with the tuning knobs hidden behind the back seat. The distibution blocks and fuses etc will all be hidden within the platform. The platform as well as the box will have a bracket that bolts into the frame. the temp box braces: Ill have the fan panel done and looking nice tomorrow. theChief
Today i managed to lay some sound dampening on the rear hatch. A little something to clean it with: Half way done... first layer done (used scraps for that side) Going to do a full second layer soon when the weather is nice again. theChief
Alright a bit has been done since the last update. Test run of the box went well. It performs but im looking for more port. Selling it to a friend and building another in about 2 weeks. Even considering dropping the back seat for it .... Anyway, here is whats been done lately. Fan panel (going to pick up some nicer fans when i get around to it): carpeted for now fits nice, gotta carpet the bottom piece now.
