Relyks Posted January 30, 2012 Report Posted January 30, 2012 anyone recommend a certain sand paper to get the job done fast? i got a belt sander orbital sander ( circle one ) and and palm sander ( square one ). what type/grit of sandpaper would work the fastest? sanding mdf 3/4 box corners edges making it even and smooth. --> My Toyota Build Link / AudioQue Build . <-- Latest Update 1/16/12
Second Skin Rep Jon Posted January 30, 2012 Report Posted January 30, 2012 I start with 60 or 8O grit if I need to knock it down fast and hard, then work through all the different grits until it's smooth like butter. 320 is about as fine as I go for MDF, results are like this: Have a question about Second Skin?
