Just wondering if anyone has wired a AQ 2200 down to .667Ω or lower? Ive seen/heard of the 3500 running at .5Ω so i was thinking that the 2200 should be able to handle that too... GRANTED you have the electrical to support it..

EDIT-- basically looking for an amp to put out around 3000 watts at either 1.5Ω or .667Ω. i know that the 2200 prolly wouldnt get to 3000... but its up there. would be running 3 LVL4 D1's. dont wanna sell the one i already have thats why the d1.

thanks!

I don't see an issue. It won't even be seeing a load that low most of the time after box rise.

Just make sure you have good electrical so you don't fry the mosfets.

we ran pair strapped at 1 ohm on 2 extra battery and big 3 in a blazer for finals. they can handle with ease they dont even get warm running that. there built like tanks for an amp.

the most i ever seen out one is 2500 watts ran at .25 ohms on burp with very small box rise. on average box rise at .66 ohms u would see 1800 plus.
