Joe X
It's going real well. Use lots of screws..and nevermind you made good progress, don't rush things, you will have that box for a while, so better get it right than fast. I was wondering how do I calculate where to cut the holes. Since you have them one high and one low I was wondering if you had any exact location or just kinda guess a spot in the middle? Hope this is clear enough, the measurements define the center of the holes, the baffle has mirrored horizontal dims:

DODGE-BASSHEAD25
Well I took some pictures but my computer is messing up so I am posting this from my iPad. I decide to do a test fit with just the back a sides on and well it doesn't fit. Only off by Iike 3 inches. But instead of taking off the sides an shortening it I decided to cut it in half. From the start I wanted two boxes so I could guarantee it would fit. So by cutting it in half I only add 1 1/2 inches so it will fit almost perfect. So that's where I'm at. Will hopefully get the pics up tomorrow. Just wondering, How will this effect box volume??? Joe X
WOW! well If you did what I think you did probably will not be a big difference, when I take a look I will let you know what I expect, I am surprised that it was off by as much as 3 inches, that's a lot. Bear in mind that the 40 deg angle is critical for the subs to fit.
412 CVX
ohhh boy... i hate the mentality "cut first, ask how it changes things later" it's just freaking counter productive. also, next time measure twice, cut once. lol post pics of what you did Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs. My temp system build log More box buildssome cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches! I'm with captain stupid. Joe X
Well, not sure that the subs will fit the way you placed the holes, if they do then you are good to go.
