Help! 2much port a problem? Or no bracing?

I had 1 hdc3 10" in a 13h 37w 20deep box and port is 12h 5w 26ish deep (wrong measurements led to this) and theirs is no bracing in the box at all

Today 2more 10" came and I put another in that box and added another 1200d, so now theirs 2 10"s and the amps r strapped.

it was a little louder, but now if turned up too loud it makes a painful sound (either wood or bottoming out idk not sure) and their is a lot of air coming out of the port, so much so it sounds like their is a plastic bag in it or something?

Could having way too much port be causing these problems?

- this is only a temp box i picked up a design from ram for final build

Give it a little time man, your topics been up a whopping 20 mins. Pics of said box? Way too much port length for starters, and too small of a box after port and woofer displacement.
