bigmescan Posted February 16, 2012 Report Posted February 16, 2012 I had an 89 bronco bout 5yrs ago. Had 2 resx 12's with a solid audio 2500d. Subs up port back was louder but it shook the hell out of the fiberglass top. So subs firing back of tailgate with port firing the same was just as loud and didn't kill the fiberglass top as bad. And if your are gonna go with 18's you might wanna brace the hell out of the fiberglass top.
