Pull in or back in?

i dislike people who back in especially the one who think they have the right to almost hit me... Then bitch at me for it.... Like going to work a coworker pull to the left side so i kept going figured he pulled over to talk to someone real quick and to let me bye as soon as i got even with his car he starts backing up and almost hits me.. That was an interesting argument at work lol. anyways if you want to back in fine but do it when there is not someone behind you
