TheNewbie
So throughout all the people here saying "Car audio is a waste of money" Imma do me and do what I love. Yeah yeah i know Cool story bro, haha. But I was curious on your opinions.. 12'' Level 4 or a 15'' level 4. Opinions are apprecaited, not trying to compare the two.. don't want a VS. Thread just wondering as to what you would get in my shoes. With any amp.. any car.. just overall. Thanks for any input. FroznBeavrBALLs
the only reason anyone would choose a 12 over a 15 of the same woofer is space.. stevog
the 15 would be better unless you did 2 12s then that would be better

SnowDrifter
15 in proper box > 12 in proper box 12 in proper box > 15 in crappy box So if you have the space to make a good box, do the 15. If you don't, do the 12 ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
TheNewbie
Gah.. here we go again with the box making.. I can't even learn to use the damn Torres Calculator -___- Sounds like everyone is pretty much going for the 15 being that the cone area on it is bigger.
