Ported box design

I know there's about a million of these but.... I need some ported input haha. I know how they work and have some good ideas, I'm not a complete

Just want some ideas

Its gonna be on a custom PSI platform 3 18" taking 3k rms.......for now.

don't care on port direction

true width is 54 but can only fill 46

Here is a suggestion on your dims check the assembly guide:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 34.037 Hz

Vb = 5.965 ft^3

Subwoofer Mounting = Flush Mounted

External Height = 24 in

External Width = 46 in

External Depth = 15 in

Port Width = 4 in

Cut List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Front & Back (3 parts) = 46 x 24

Left & Right Sides = 12 3/4 x 22 1/2

Top & Bottom = 46 x 12 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 8 3/4 x 22 1/2

Extension = 10 1/4 x 22 1/2

Crossbracing applies. Let me know any questions.
