Omega5002
By the way its for my home, I'm powering it with a powersupply If you're gonna use it for home, I wouldn't recommend using a car amp on a power supply cause that usually doesn't work out well(distortion, not enough power cause a 400 watt psu won't do 400 watts on 12 volts, etc). You should save up for a professional amp people use for PA systems, or a plate amp to power that sub. STEvil
Wow how the heck would I do that, so both the subs are going to be at 1 ohm putting out 600 watts each? No, they will be at 2 ohms each and putting out what the amplifier sends to them. Quote MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed. 412 CVX
Just make sure you set your gains correctly, and build a nice box. i have a feeling the subs won't really like the extra power too much.
