MIKE-2U Posted February 26, 2012 Report Posted February 26, 2012 So I'm just about to finally go tune my system )). and i read that my head unit (pioneer Avh 3200DvD) is clean sub wise up to 36 volume. the mids and highs are clean up to 34 volume. this is with the sub level at 0. so could i turn the sub level up to say +1 to help equal out to 34 as my MAX volume AS LONG as the distortion light stays off ? matt14 Posted February 26, 2012 Report Posted February 26, 2012 I would say to just keep it volume 34 and adjust from there. If you have the DD1, double check the max volume on the deck. I wouldnt go by what someone else says. Keep the sub level at 0. SnowDrifter Posted February 26, 2012 Report Posted February 26, 2012 Sure you could. But you might as well just leave it at 0 and tune the amp accordingly Quote ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
