I have a stock alt, 80 amp, jl 1000/1 amp, with 2 yellow tops one in back ,0 ggauged and about to do big 3. Does that make sense. Lol. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Your electrical is ok for that amp, go ahead and do the big 3 but bear in mind that the amp cannot provide the "1300W" to the sub, also the internal end of the port should be at least 6" from the sidewall, that mistake will tune lower the box and potentially make it loose some output, and also you need 6" of free airspace in front of the outer end of the port.
