i'm no expert, so do your own research to make sure i'm not misinforming you... buuuut what i'd do 9in this situation is similar to what the manufacturer does i'd take some half inch MDF or something similar make cardboard mockup of the floor and places that you want to be flat cut those parts out of the wood and line your trunk for all the other really curvy parts, lay down painters tape, then some fiberglass matting and resin. let dry and you have the exact forms of the trunk sand, paint, or cover in carpet.

I was thinking the same thing actually.. Something simular to what Ray did. Except I would use MDF for the sides.. just make the not curved if I have too.

Mix resin and Hefner its easy

Hardener. Not Hefner. He's too old to fit in a trunk.

LMAO was on my phone when posting that post

Gotta price shop and find the lowest price for the fiberglass thing. It's not my forte, but there are plenty of guys on here that can lead you in that direction. But do just what 412 CVX said, it's pretty much the easiest route. It's entirely up to you if you want to mold the sides with fiberglass though.

Sorry.. it's a hatch, nota trunk. The panels were removed to be able to fit the box I have now for the 15. It's plastic.

do they really stick out that much from the side walls? maybe you could just cut the little corners that are stopping it from fitting in
