07corolla
hey guys I just got a DD 9515h and I was wondering if someone could help me with my box dimensions. I'm going to be running it off my M2a so about 2300 rms. My max dimensions for the box are: D-30" W-40" H-16" I'd like to double baffle the whole box to make sure it's not going to flex at all but do you guys think that I need to do that? theres going to be a beautyboard in front of the box so the sub will sit flush and I plan on facing it into the cabin with the trunk sealed off Quote 2007 Toyota Corolla Sub: DD M3c DD 9515h D4 wired to 2ohm Mids: DD A2 (2) DD VO 6.5 (4) Power: Js 180a alt XS D1200 XS XP3000 XS XP975 XS 1/0 OFC (Big 3) XS 1/0 OFC (2 runs pos/neg) Sky High machined set screw battery posts (all batts) Score: Never metered

Joe X
Ok, here is a suggestion, within your dims and factoring in your power. Port/sub firing frontwards or backwards: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 35 Hz Vb = 3.897 ft^3 Subwoofer Mounting = Flush Mounted External Height = 16 in External Width = 29.75 in External Depth = 25 in Port Width = 4 1/2 in Cut Sheet List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: 2 x Front & Back (3 parts) = 29 3/4 x 16 Left & Right Sides = 22 3/4 x 14 1/2 Top & Bottom = 29 3/4 x 22 3/4 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 18 1/4 x 14 1/2 Extension = 2 3/4 x 14 1/2 Assembly guide not showing bracing or port optimizations (generic dimensions!!): Any changes you would like done? let me know. Joe X
Well just make sure the dimensions the box fit your trunk and that is also on it's way in. If it doesn't fit in it's way in you may need to build inside.
