excelon72 Posted April 3, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 3, 2012 the body kit, hood,spoiler and wheels are it so far, im not a big performance fan dont find it a useful expenditure of money. i will be buying a TRD exhaust for sound but thats about it. excelon72 Posted April 6, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 6, 2012 got a little more work done tonight . got one of the new door panels lined with the Stinger Overkill Foam sound dampener. and a few more goodies trickle in from amazon a steering wheel control adapter, a 125' roll of shrink tubing, a 100' roll of primary wire, a bag of 100 zip tie anchors, and a 120' roll of foil tape, and lastly since i was NOT paying the 75.00 crutchfield wanted i paid 42.00 on amazon for the iphone cable to my soon to be head unit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
excelon72 Posted April 6, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 6, 2012 every spring i do a new project on the car. this year was revamping the stereo, it got a little out of hand and wayyyyy over budget. next year MIGHT be performance. if i dont get the TRD exhaust this year. then next year im gonna go with a descendant complete with s-pipe, the descendant header and manifold and intake. all mostly for sound, a little horsepower and to set up for 2014 when i have a descendant turbo installed. excelon72 Posted April 7, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 7, 2012 IM WORKING ON IT!!!!!!!!!!! but until school is over i only have a few hours a week. heres what i did today this is the second door installation of the STINGER overkill foam mat cut around protrusions and press adhesive side all around cut out the speaker hole and the door handle make sure to cut all the holes for the door handle and walla these are some of the things ill use tomorrow and lets not forget to give credit where credit is due. the suv my wife bought me that allowed me to finally do this project Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Multiple local hack body shops have screwed me but thats almost all fixed now. The main project is the audio project.
