New Enclosure

I want to build a Street Beat, Bass Race, etc style enclosure. Not sure on how to go about this.

The vehicle is a 04 Ford Expedition, 4 Crossfire BMF 10in subs and a Crossfire BMF 1700d amp.

What is the best way to do this? Do I tune it low like 30-35hz or lower? Truck has peaked at 40

1.35 cubic feet per sub @ 35Hz will result in the output peaking at 40Hz. Need to use aero ports to fine tune.

So 5.4 cubic feet NET enclosure with 3 6" aero ports 26 3/4 long will tune you to 35 Hz with a port area per cube of 15.7

Will that be enough to succesfully compete.. I don't think so.

Thank you for your assistance, just compete to have fun, not trying to break records or anything, its mostly for me and a few local competitions...lost that drive a long time ago when I needed to drop $50,000 to compete. It sure aint what it used to be....
