The sub displacement (one on left) is how much space the sub takes up, the actual cubic size of the box is shown in the right (which i circled in red)

yea nismo, the displacement for a 12 type r is .071 which should be entered in on the left at the top...

and after looking at it closer, im not sure what the hell u did...Fb (bottom right) which says 67.11 in ur pic should be the same number as "Tuning" which is 32 in ur pic...i think you must have entered in the 32 for tuning...but that isnt how u do it...

dont touch any numbers on the right side unless you are changing dimensions for your port displacement or inner measurements....

i likes me some audio stuff...

first off the measurements you give, give you a gross volume of over 16cubes..which is way to big...so you need to play with the dimensions and port dimensions until u get it to where u like it...

here is what i came up with last night nismo...and this is what it should look like

its 1.9cubes/sub tune at 32ish

O.k. matt, got a question.

On the design you did for me, under slot pot dimensions it says 4.25. Under the total port dimensions for slot port, it says 5.75. I know that 4.25 + .75 + .75 = 5.75,, but... Did you change the total port dimensions yourself since my box has a center port?

I've been messing around some (had to reinstall linux again since I fubared things last night). Seems I'm getting the hang of it, but I want to be sure that I'm not messingthigns up by changing that area.

Does this even make sense? Got a lot on my mind right now (almost lost job today).
