TRON
Okay, so I'm dumbstruck at the fact that I can't find anyplace online that sells HO alternators for my car (2003 Mazda Protege 5 - 2.0L) Does anybody know where I can find one...maybe I'm just not looking in the right place. Also - silly question, but do I need a big 3 upgrade with an HO alt and battery?... And I got a mechman 220amp alt that is meant for the focus svt. And it works. Same connections and all. crunkjuice1
post this in the mechman section and see what they can do for you. Best bet is to just call them and see what if anything can be done for your car. 1-888-632-4626

Okay, well i found one from Singer Alternators that im going to get. However...knowing that the engine in a protege isnt doesnt have the most horsepower in the world, do yu fins that its a bit more sluggish with an HO alternator?
